Monthly Retainers are designed for clients with a variety of design needs on a monthly basis. You pay upfront at the beginning of each month in order to reserve a specific number of hours on my design schedule.
Based on the retainer package selected, I will block out my schedule with the appropriate amount of time each month and plan my workload accordingly. Design retainer clients not only receive priority of schedule, but a discount for prepaying upfront.
You receive a discounted rate compared to my normal hourly rate and a la carte rates.
You will have peace of mind with a guaranteed amount of work each month, assuring your projects have priority.
You’ll have access to a professional designer without the overhead costs of an employee.

10 Hours
You will have an allotted 10 hours per month of my design services, average 2.5 hours per week.

15 Hours
You will have an allotted 15 hours per month of my design services, average 4 hours per week.
INVESTMENT: $830

You will have an allotted 25 hours per month of my design services, average 6 hours per week.

If you're unsure about which package is best for you, contact me and we can walk through what your needs look like. You can always upgrade or downgrade and each package has an option for rollover hours.

You will receive an invoice on the 1st of each month to be paid by the 5th of the month. Late payment will result in pausing the design services.

Each package allows a certain amount of unused hours to rollover. They are capped at that number to keep other projects on schedule.

You can cancel, pause or adjust your design retainer at the beginning of each month. No contracts, no cancel-fee!
Due to the nature of this retainer, I cannot offer refunds for unused hours. -
Of course! I will let you know if the work assigned exceeds the allocated hours. Any overage hours will be charged at your discounted rate.
