Lotus is Kentucky’s designated Children’s Advocacy and Sexual Violence Resource Center for the Purchase Area Region. Their mission is to support survivors, strengthen families, and empower communities.
Behind every number is a story—and the Lotus annual report was designed to showcase both, highlighting the lives changed and the community strengthened through their work. The design brought impact numbers to the forefront in a clear, engaging way to illustrate the tangible difference Lotus makes in Paducah. With a clean layout, thoughtful typography, and intentional use of color and imagery, the report balanced clarity with compassion, making the information both accessible and inspiring.

Lotus asked me to design a coloring and activity book created to help children better understand the judicial system and what to expect throughout the process. The goal was to make complex and intimidating topics feel approachable and age-appropriate through simple illustrations, interactive activities, and a friendly design style. By combining playfulness with clarity, the book provides comfort, guidance, and a sense of empowerment for children navigating an unfamiliar experience—reflecting Lotus’s mission of support and care.
