In 2025, CFSB was named the Best Place to Work in Kentucky — a recognition that called for a standout campaign. I collaborated with their marketing team to design a comprehensive suite of materials, including billboards, window signage, banner stands, print and digital ads, decals, and more. The creative direction centered on what sets CFSB apart: its people. By highlighting team members and sharing their personal reasons for loving their workplace, the campaign authentically captured the culture that earned CFSB this honor.
I created a suite of custom social media and marketing templates for the team, designed to make content creation faster, easier, and more consistent across platforms. The templates balanced flexibility with brand integrity, giving the team tools they could confidently adapt while keeping every post polished and on-brand. By streamlining their process, the team can now focus less on design logistics and more on engaging with their audience.
